Information Coming Soon

"Abandoned mail" refers to mail that is considered undeliverable and unclaimed by either the sender or the recipient, meaning it has been left for a period of time without anyone attempting to retrieve it, and is therefore deemed "dead mail" by the postal service; this usually happens when the address is incorrect, the recipient has moved without leaving a forwarding address, or the mail is returned to sender with no address to send it back to.

We will attempt to contact customers up to three times using the most recently provided contact information if mail or packages remain unclaimed. If no response is received within 60 days of the initial attempt, all items will be handled in accordance with USPS guidelines and items either be trashed, recycled, donated to charitable or welfare organizations, or auctioned off. Sensitive documents will be shredded.
