Getting Started
Mailbox customers must complete the required authorization and identity verification steps before mail can be released, scanned, forwarded, or picked up.
1. Choose Your Mailbox Platform
Sign up through a supported platform such as iPostal1, Anytime Mailbox, or PostScan Mail.
2. Complete USPS Form 1583
USPS Form 1583 and valid identification are required before mailbox service can begin.
3. Manage Mail Online
Submit scan, forward, pickup, shred, or discard requests through your mailbox dashboard.
Important Mail Policy Notes
Postal Locker LLC is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency. We receive and manage mail and packages for active mailbox holders, but we are not a registered agent and we do not accept service of process.
- Pickup requests must be submitted through the customer mailbox platform before arrival.
- Valid photo ID may be required for pickup.
- Forwarding, postage, scan, discard, and storage fees are controlled by the mailbox platform.
- Restricted Delivery requiring the named recipient’s personal signature is not accepted on the customer’s behalf.
