What to Bring
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Unsigned documents (do not sign before meeting the notary)
- All parties who need to sign must be present

Fees are charged per notarial act unless otherwise stated.
During Office Hours
$5.00 per notarial act
Appointment recommended
Payment due at time of service.
Outside Office Hours
$5.00 per notarial act
Additional appointment fee may apply

Remote online notary services may be available depending on document type and legal requirements.
