Customers must have a completed and approved USPS Form 1583 and valid identification on file before mail can be released, forwarded, scanned, or picked up.
If required documents expire or become invalid, services may be suspended until updated documents are provided.
Mail is held for customers according to plan terms and storage limits. If mail remains unclaimed beyond the allowed period, items may be returned to sender.
Customers are responsible for keeping forwarding addresses current and ensuring packages are collected in a timely manner.
Mail and packages may be considered abandoned if a customer fails to maintain an active account, fails to provide required documentation, or does not respond to reasonable contact attempts.
Abandoned items may be returned to sender, disposed of, or handled as required by USPS guidelines and applicable law.
If a location closes or services change, Digital Post Office will provide notice when reasonably possible. Mail handling may be transitioned to an active location.
